Strategic Manager Data Services

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Type: Full Time

Min. Experience: Mid Level

Will work with the Client Account Managers, Senior Executives, and clients to implement data research strategies, manage the data services team, ensure profitability of client projects, as well as establish the long term strategy for leveraging and building a lead and account database.  The Manager of Data services will be responsible for strategically working with clients to ensure that correct leads and accounts are being targeted.  The Manager of Data Services will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing members of the Data Services team, including succession planning.  This individual will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  The Manager of Data Services must have a strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize projects, extremely detail orientated, and the ability to problem solving looking outside the box to find a way to drive results.  This is a full time opportunity in our Indianapolis office.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership and managerial guidance to the data services team
- Managing details and profitability of client engagements
- Working with Client Account Manager to determine appropriate targets
- Proactive problem solving to ensure client/project success


Requirements
- BS in Business or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- 2 -5 Years’ experience in a demand generation/lead generation environment
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, different CRM solutions
