LeadJen, Inc, an Indianapolis-based rapidly growing campaign delivery provider for high-tech companies, is seeking highly motivated self-starters to join our team as Data Services Associate. Qualified candidates will work in our fast-paced company environment to provide lead qualification and lead generation support to a variety of business-to-business clients who provide exciting solutions to a variety of industries including high technology, healthcare, education, retail, life sciences, government, manufacturing, leisure, financial services, telecommunications, etc. Success for this role is defined in terms of the ability to convert phone conversations to scheduled and qualified appointments for the outside sales team. LeadJen is not a call center environment and is seen as a valuable and strategic resource by clients. Candidates must project professionalism and competence via excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Use online resources provided by the company to build lists of contacts
-Achieve quotas in cleansed data on an hourly basis
-Ability to work autonomously to deliver on goals and expectations with little supervision
-Creatively locate decision maker contacts and other business information using the internet
-Provide a detail-oriented focus on information and data management via Microsoft Excel
-Communicate professionally over the phone to validate and obtain new data on behalf of clientsQualities:
Qualifications
-BA/BS Degree preferred but not required
-Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills
