LeadJen, Inc, an Indianapolis-based rapidly growing campaign delivery provider for high-tech companies, is seeking highly motivated self-starters to join our team as Lead Development Associate. Qualified candidates will work in our fast-paced company environment to provide lead qualification and lead generation support to a variety of business-to-business clients who provide exciting solutions to a variety of industries including high technology, healthcare, education, retail, life sciences, government, manufacturing, leisure, financial services, telecommunications, etc. Success for this role is defined in terms of the ability to convert phone conversations to scheduled and qualified appointments for the outside sales team. LeadJen is not a call center environment and is seen as a valuable and strategic resource by clients. Candidates must project professionalism and competence via excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Have conversations with potential prospects with a goal to generate qualified sales appointments and/or event registrations for the client f-ield sales organization (from list of leads provided by marketing).
-Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects.
-Follow-up on leads from inbound sources (events, web, phone, etc) to schedule appointments for field sales team.
-Achieve quotas in outbound and inbound call activities.
-Understand product offerings, as well as competitive product offerings, in order to communicate them to prospective customers.
-Provide assistance, as needed, to other sales team members, both inside and outside, to meet annual sales quotas.
-Participate in training sessions, meetings, and skill building sessions with internal and external sales teams.

Qualities:

-BA/BS Degree, or equivalent work experience
-Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and overcoming objections
-Communicate effectively via phone with a strong business acumen
-Strong organizational skills
-Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Internet and web-based email
